Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of Nivora, a service of DIBOS BV, Camiel Verstraetenstraat 1d, 9150 Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht (Belgium), company/VAT number BE 0442.004.155, also known as Bijverdiencoach.be, and to all purchases made through the platform.

By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Nivora lets users create, translate and sell books with the help of artificial intelligence, including texts, covers, images, audiobooks and sales pages.

We aim for continuous availability of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, extend or (partly) discontinue the service.

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for everything that happens through your account.

Creating an account is free. Certain features are paid for with credits (see below).

Certain actions in the app (such as creating books, translations, ads and audiobooks) are paid for with credits. The prices per action are shown in the app.

Purchased credits are added to your balance once payment is confirmed. Credits cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable.

Bonus codes that apply a multiplier to a credit purchase are only valid within the stated period and until the maximum number of uses is reached.

Books and add-on offers sold via the sales pages are digital products. Prices are shown on the sales page and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

After a successful payment you receive an email with a download link. This link is valid for 3 days and can be used up to 5 times.

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, your right of withdrawal lapses once delivery begins, provided you expressly agreed to this at purchase.

Payments are processed by our payment partner Mollie. An order is only final once payment has been confirmed.

If a payment fails or expires, nothing is delivered and nothing is recorded as a sale.

You are responsible for the content you create and publish with the service. It is forbidden to create or sell content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or infringes the rights of third parties.

You guarantee that you hold the necessary rights to the texts, images and other materials you upload or have created.

We may remove accounts or content that breach these terms.

The app, its design and the Nivora brand remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the service.

You may freely use and sell the books you create with the service, within the limits of applicable law and the licences of the AI services used.

We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profits or lost income.

In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event causing the damage.

AI-generated content may contain errors. Check important content yourself before publishing or selling it.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Belgium, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
