Nivora is a service of DIBOS BV, Camiel Verstraetenstraat 1d, 9150 Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht (Belgium), company/VAT number BE 0442.004.155, also known as Bijverdiencoach.be. We are the controller of your personal data as described in this privacy policy.

Account data: your name and email address when you create an account.

Book data: the texts, images, settings and other content you create or upload in the app.

Purchase data: information about your orders and payments (via our payment partner Mollie), such as the book purchased, the amount, the payment method and your email address.

Usage data: technical data such as your IP address, browser type and how you use the app, among other things to secure downloads and prevent abuse.

Review data: the ratings and answers you enter on our review pages.

Providing the service: managing your account, storing your books and delivering your orders.

Processing payments and keeping our accounts, as required by law.

Sending emails about your purchases, download links, payment reminders and review invitations.

Improving and securing the app, including detecting fraud and abuse.

Answering your questions by email or WhatsApp.

We process your data on the basis of: performance of the contract (your account and purchases), legal obligations (such as tax and accounting retention), our legitimate interest (security, improving the service) and, where necessary, your consent.

We never sell your data to third parties.

We work with processors that help us provide the service, such as our hosting and database partner, our payment partner Mollie, our email service and AI services for creating texts and images.

These parties may only process your data on our instructions and with appropriate security measures.

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Account and book data are kept for as long as your account is active. Billing and payment data are kept for as long as the law requires (usually 7 to 10 years). Download links are valid for 3 days.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data. You can also object to certain processing or ask for it to be restricted, and you have the right to data portability.

To do so, send an email to hallo@bijverdiencoach.be. We respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be) or the authority in your country.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections, access control and limiting who has access to your data.

We may update this privacy policy. The latest version is always on this page. If there are important changes, we will inform you by email or through the app.
